Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Damaged / Defective Items If you have received a damaged or defective product, you must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video is mandatory as proof to process a return or replacement for damaged goods. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
